I have known Esi Hardy for several years and have commissioned her to deliver various sessions over this time including personalisation, disability equality, the social model of disability, charity marketing and value-based practice.

Esi is approachable, dynamic, responsive and flexible. She provides an excellent standard of teaching and learning opportunities.

Esi is able to challenge assumptions in a supportive way and brings a unique level of expertise and experience.

Esi is a joy to work with and I would recommend her to any organisation wishing to develop and proactively support the celebration of diversity in all its forms.

Esi has been a great help with advice and guidance on how to work with the disabled community. Not only has she helped us understand some of the issues facing disabled people but suggest solutions on how to bridge the gap between communities.

The information Esi provides will help us with plans to work with and employ disabled people and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for professional advice and consultancy on inclusion and equality.

Really enjoyed this session. Not too intensive and the fact it was a small session allowed more questions to be asked. Light hearted which I thought was great.

Due to this training session I have now got a better understanding of disabilities which can be put into practice with clients/visitors of the firm.

I would certainly be more mindful of the facilities and help we can offer at Osbourne Clarke. I will be more comfortable asking a disabled person of their needs. Thanks so much Esi! Invaluable!

I first met Esi at a personalisation workshop, Esi really engages her audience, she talks from a personal perspective, gently challenging your perceptions.

She is an excellent presenter and holds the attention of her audience.

I would definitely recommend her.

Celebrating Disability offers a friendly and informative service, which I would encourage all Basingstoke companies to embrace.

As a hotel, we have many areas to navigate and Esi did so with confidence and showed great knowledge.

I am a member of the Cove and Farnborough Women's Institute and have been a member for around four years. This month we were lucky to have a very motivational and charismatic speaker, Esi Hardy speak to us about celebrating disability. It was a topic I knew very little about and it was both informative and thought-provoking. She also delivered the talk with added humour that was interspersed with anecdotes, which made us smile but pause and think too.

I work for UK airline. We employ many people who have disabilities both physical and unseen disabilities. Esi's insight made me think I should really try to know more. I had been asked to become involved in a focus group at work about this very issue. But I shied away from it, not really wanting to get involved as I didn't think I would really be able to help. However, after listening to what Esi had to say I realised we could all do more. Even though steps are being made at my company to highlight many issues disabled travellers and staff might have, we have a long way to go. I realise that it can only be changed if we all do a little bit to be more aware of each other's needs. I will try to see if that place on the focus group is still available and try to learn and what I can do to help those around me. Once I've applied this at work, then I can hopefully use what I've learned in my home and social life too. Without this talk we had from Esi, I would not have thought of doing this.

Esi came in and delivered an engaging and interactive session to college students, which linked to their units on Communication and Equality and Diversity. After a talk from Esi, students were encouraged to design different fully accessible venues, such as restaurants and festivals.

Esi is able to engage with students and challenge them to think about all the little things that can be done to make different places more accessible for people with a variety of different needs.

I think the pitch and the content was just right. No improvements needed that I can readily think of. The mix of quizzes and team interaction testing the knowledge that you had already shared was spot on.
