How to complete the task

• Identify any confusing, long or overly formal phrases.
• Rewrite the paragraph so that anyone could understand it without extra explanation.
Your version may end up a lot shorter than the original.
Helpful approaches
• Break long sentences into shorter ones.
• Replace jargon with everyday words.
• Keep one idea per sentence.
• Remove unnecessary detail.
