We are a disability inclusion business. We provide training, consulting, and public speaking to businesses and not-for-profit organisations. Our purpose is to empower private businesses and not-for-profit organisations to eradicate inequity for their disabled customers and colleagues by building inclusive opportunities.

We are looking to fill the role of an Associate. This person will join our Team to deliver talks, training sessions and to consult with clients to develop disability inclusive strategies within their organisations.
We are looking for Associates to fulfil the following roles:
- Deliver interactive training sessions to our clients. These can be delivered in person or via a digital platform.
- Deliver engaging talks to our clients. These can be delivered in person or via a digital platform.
- Develop slides using the Celebrating Disability brand to support your talk/training session.
- Consult with clients on specific projects identified by Celebrating Disability and the client to enable them to develop disability inclusion.

As a disability lead organisation, we understand from personal experience that barriers can prevent disabled and neurodivergent people and people with support needs from being successful in the role. Prospective Associates must
This role also requires perspective associates to meet the following criteria:
- Be a UK resident.
- Have lived experience of disability. Click here to see the definition of disability under the Equality Act 2010.
- Be willing to some degree to talk about their lived experience of disability to clients to support the understanding of impairment and the barriers faced by disabled and neurodivergent people in society.
- Be able to talk about disability beyond their own lived experience to support the development of strategies to eradicate barriers.
- Be self-employed and registered with the HMRC.
- Previous training delivery experience.
- This role also requires associates to have an ability to create inclusive, engaging, interactive training sessions and talks.
- Knowledge of disability-related legislation in the UK (the Equality Act 2010).
- An interest in advocating for the Rights of disabled and neurodivergent people in the workplace and when using services.
- An interest in empowering Celebrating Disability clients to develop strategies to eradicate barriers faced by disabled and neurodivergent people.
- An ability to travel around the UK to deliver services.
