Inclusion isn’t just about physical access — it’s about how people feel at work.
Many organisations want to do more to support disabled people, but don’t know where to start. Disability inclusion training helps teams build confidence, use inclusive language, and understand the barriers that disabled people face — from recruitment to promotion.
Whether your employees interact with disabled colleagues, customers or clients, this training helps them do it with confidence, empathy and skill.
Outcome Focused
Disability Inclusion training isn’t a one-time event — it’s a journey. That’s why our sessions are designed to build knowledge and confidence over time. We’ll work with you to create a tailored plan that fits your organisation’s goals, challenges and internal culture.
Training is interactive, practical, and delivered by facilitators with lived experience of disability. Together, we’ll help your teams grow their understanding and embed long-term inclusion practices.

Co-Created
Every session is shaped around your goals and your team’s starting point. We take time to understand where you are on your inclusion journey, then deliver sessions that are engaging, practical, and grounded in real experiences.
We create space for reflection, honest conversations, and practical takeaways — because real inclusion comes from confidence, not checklists.
Consulting with you to understand your goals for the training session. We do this by understanding any current barriers to disability inclusion and working backwards from there.
We work backwards from your desired outcomes, ensuring every session drives meaningful, practical change.
All sessions are delivered by disabled trainers who draw on lived and professional experience to bring learning to life.
Sessions include time for discussion, reflection and questions — encouraging deeper understanding, not just box-ticking.
We can support you with optional benchmarking and feedback tools to help measure progress and define next steps.
We design every training session to be inclusive and accessible for our delegates and our trainers. See how we ensure access and inclusion in every event.
Inclusion Training Sessions
Every organisation is different — so every disability inclusion training session we deliver is tailored to what you are looking to achieve.
When we first speak to you, we will support you to understand your goals so that we can tailor a training session that works towards those disability inclusion goals. Setting goals is important. Doing so supports you to know what you’re aiming towards and recognise when you get there.
If you are at the beginning of your disability inclusion journey or you are seeing barriers to creating an inclusive workplace, we often find that the following sessions can help to relieve some of these barriers.
Inclusion Training
We’ve supported dozens of organisations to build more inclusive workplaces — from national charities to private companies. But we don’t just deliver sessions and walk away. We help track progress and support meaningful next steps.
Our optional benchmarking surveys measure changes in confidence and understanding before and after sessions — giving you insight into what’s working and what to focus on next.
