The ideal person would want to embrace our mission to transform workplace disability inclusion.

About the Role

  • 3 days per week.
  • £13.00 per hour plus commission.
  • Remote working.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate and research new business leads.
  • Build meaningful relationships with potential clients.
  • Research and identify companies that could benefit from our disability inclusion services (target audience guidance will be provided).
  • Qualify and convert leads.
  • Articulate the value of disability inclusion.
  • Travel to events (potentially up to twice per year).
  • Technical support (product knowledge will be provided).

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
  • Strong track record in lead generation.
  • Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A fundamental understanding of the principles of disability equality and inclusion in the UK.
